Dance, Birthday, Kindergarten

Maddy's big day has finally arrived. 1st of Kindergarten. We arrived a couple mintues early and Maddy quickly found her friend Macey and waited til the bell rang. They all lined up and the teacher gave them a name tag and told them how hard this day was for the moms and dads and to go give them one more big hug and kiss. Then to wave one more time and tell them it would be okay. And the tears filled my eyes, my little girl is growing up and so excited to be at school. And off they went into the class.

And 2 hours later, I was back picking her up all full of smiles!

Maddy started Tumble and Jazz this week. She was very excited all day and then we arrived and she got nervous and didn't want me to leave. We watched her warm up and then headed out and she relaxed and enjoyed her class. Dad was a couple minutes late picking her up and you could see she was nervous again, but was glad to be going home. She practiced her "moves" all week.

Maddy's 6th Birthday. We headed to Kindergarten assessment to meet Mrs Park.

Phew, what a week.
