Lexi arrived via scheduled induction. When I arrived at the hospital at 8am, I was dilated to a 3. Dr West broke my water and I bounced happily on the birthing ball. I later received the epidural and patiently waited til I was completely dilated. At 12 the nurse called the Doctor and told him we were ready and then again at 12:30 to come quickly. 2 big pushes later, she was here.

Wow, that went fast! In that last picture she is looking more like Maddy than she has in the past. I hope she had a great 2nd birthday!

Yay for birthdays!!! So fun to celebrate kids' birthdays!! Hope you are having a blast in the sun and getting super tan. Can't wait to hear all about it!
