Here's most of the group at the Elephant's. Maddy, Anna, Makenna, Jack, Lexi, Nicholas
And Maddy didn't want to sit on the trunk with the other girls, she wanted her picture all by herself.
And here is cute Zuri the baby Elephant. Still small but a couple tons I'm sure!
And posing for another picture with the Rhino's. Maddy, Makenna, Anna, Jack and Gavin
And then one of just the girls because they are the ones that really care and want their pictures taken!
The zoo is decorated for fall and we snapped a couple pictures by the scarecrows and bales of straw, although not sure if anyone is looking at the camera!
And here's all the kids sitting on the tigers. Although not looking (again) at the camera. The tigers were amazing this trip. They walked right by us, went swimming in the water right next to the window and gave us a good show. They are so big, their feet are so huge and wow I got a good look at their teeth! Glad I was on this side of the fence!
And a couple more in front of the gorillas.
And then another of Lexi and Gavin. They are both 2 and I noticed this trip Lexi needs to learn some patience especially with a baby sister coming in the spring!
How do you measure up next to the gorillas? Bridget was a good sport and let me take a picture of her and the kids measuring up!
And then we rode the train (highway robbery $1.50 a head kids and adults). Played at the park for 10 minutes and left. WOW, we saw the zoo in about 2 hours.
Jack and Nicholas
Ran home, grabbed Mike who was working from home while we were at the zoo, dropped the kids off at Ann's and headed to the doctor for the ultrasound! Look here if you missed the details on that!

Fun day at the zoo and esp with cousins! Ah, I love that little train- so cute!
How fun to go to the zoo in the fall! We went in August and it was pretty hot. But it was still fun! Looks like you had a super fun time!
