And today they bravely walk up and sit on the old mans lap and ask him for presents. Maddy was very hesitant to sit on Santa's lap but bravely walked up and showed her lil sis and lil bro how to do it. She sat far enough away from him to feel comfortable.
And then after all the gifts came rolling off her tongue, she scooted closer and smiled for a picture.
As I walked toward Santa, I wasn't sure what Lexi would do. She started to squirm and then I guess the candy cane (her 3rd of the morning and it was only noon) helped to ease her pain. She didn't talk and say "Ho Ho" like she chants every time she sees a Santa Claus but no tears either. Not sure what the look on her face is.
Not sure why Jack was timid this year. But we did get a group shot with the jolly old fellow.
This was just the practice round. Santa himself visits the Price's Christmas Eve party prior to his busy night delivering toys. 8 days and counting. Are you ready?

I don't usually watch the videos people post, but I'm glad I clicked on this one- it gave me a good laugh! That's pretty funny.
Looks like Lexi did pretty good.
I know people who won't let their kids believe in Santa, and it makes me sad for them- it's so much fun!
Not ready yet, but a lot closer. Found Lexi's gift last night. Thought we were too late for them, but found them at, of all places, Bed Bath & Beyond - a set of princess shoes. Yay!
What a difference a few years make. Darling pictures! Where was this Santa at?
