Bees Game

Mike's had a buzz in his ear to go to the Bees baseball game. Smith's has a family night deal that gets you a seat anywhere at the game and a hot dog for $5. We rounded up several families and headed to the ball park! Monday was HOT and the temperature wasn't giving up until the sun went behind the stadium. We braved sitting out on the grass to be by the playground. It was hard to see the game with the sun glaring in your eyes but when our group had as many kids as we did, you gotta brave the conditions. We ate our hotdogs in the stands and then stood in line for the beloved train. It's free you just have to brave the line. Wasn't too bad in the first inning and if you don't do it by about the 6th inning your SOL.
Here's the group: Jack, Lincoln, Lexi Madison, Alli, Layla

Smiles all around!
We ate and ate and ate. Cotton candy was a favorite! Look at Ryan's face, he had a blue piece!
Abby & Lexi

Kinz & Maddy
Lilly, Cami and me. Lilly was having one of those days where she wouldn't go to sleep for more than 10 minutes at a time. Cami was gracious enough to hold her, as you can imagine she was pretty fussy.

I honestly didn't watch the game; I was chasing kids or gabbing with the girls. Remarkably, with all the kids in the group we all stayed til the game was over. And yay for the Bees, we won! We'll probably make it to another game this year if you'd like to join us for popcorn, peanuts and cracker jacks!!

What a great group of friends you have. The kids all look like they were having a blast! What game? With trains and hot dogs and COTTON CANDY, who even cares about the game, right????
