Cornbelly's 2012

I honestly can't believe that fall is here.  With fall comes lots of fun activities, first up for us was a trip to Cornbelly's at Thanksgiving Point. A special thanks to Bill and Stephanie for treating us to 5 day passes for the price of one. We choose not to get the season pass this year and they gave us their free passes. Kamryn woke up early, got dressed and was ready to go bright an early; we didn't arrive til after Jordyn's baptism and lunch. She and the other kids were very excited to play.  Here are some of our favorite spots this year.
A group shot:
Water ducks
new sack slide: fav for all ages
Madison
Kamryn
Karsyn
Lexi & Mike
Jack
Mike & Bill playing bean bag toss
Kenz, Stephanie and Ashlyn chit chatting. Ashlyn and Lilly were off on schedule to play with each other. It seemed one was always awake while the other was sleeping.
Cow Ride
Pig Races
Lexi got chosen to root and cheer for her fav pig.

Outside Thanksgiving Point they had the a pumpkin contest. Here the kids are sitting in front of a trailer of pumpkins. Not sure if this is the winner but the winner weighed 1857 pounds. WOW. Maybe next year, I'll plant a couple of these!

Mom & Lilly enjoying the fall sun
We left Cornbelly's and headed back to the house for dinner and a blow out change. Lilly even needed a bath and so did the car seat.

Stephanie and I ran over to her Stake's RS dinner.
Domino's Pizza, Salad and Cookies.
We listened to the first speaker and then ran home to rescue the men who had 7 children with them.
We headed back to T-Point for some icecream.

After icecream we walked back to Cornbelly's for night time fun. It was dark and cool. We didn't even think about packing jackets. We snuggled close on the spooky hayride.

After the hayride, we headed back to the Market. Another new exhibit this year. The girls loved the market and really played her for at least an hour. Jack was here and there and everywhere in between. Night time at Cornbelly's really is fun!
Mike had been eyeing a deep fried snickers. Here it is. It was really like a melted snickers bar, not sure it was worth the $5 bucks he paid for it. BUT he loved it so I guess that's what matters most.
On the way out, Mike realized his sunglasses were gone. I thought he'd never find them it was like a pin in a haystack but he retraced his steps the last hour and found them...actually stepped on them. Phew!

We loaded up the car and drove home. We all stunk from the fires they were burning so even tho it was late and the kids were asleep we quickly dunked them all and then put them back in bed. They were worn out from an awesome day playing with cousins! Thanks again Bill & Steph for a wonderful day!

I know it's been a couple years now but I bet you are loving being close enough to share free passes and spend the day with family. This looks like such a fun day and I love that you even went back for more at night. Wish I had Mike's luck with sunglasses. I went through 5 pairs this summer and got new ones for fall the other day which were strangely missing a lens when I took them out of their case the other day. I may have to give up on sunglasses and just get botox for my squint lines.

I think this was the actual cost of the photo shoot we did - missing out on tagging along for all this fun. Oh well, can't bring back time. Looks like you had a great day together. I love all the photos! Looks like the rides are just getting better and better!
